Lady Macbeth
Lady Macbeth is very similar to Macbeth in her character traits. She is ambitious, ruthless, unstable, manipulative, single-minded, and resourceful. Lady Macbeth hears that Macbeth will be the King and she uses her powers of manipulation to make Macbeth kill King Duncan while he is staying in their castle. She never sees the consequences of her actions and she is constantly twisting Macbeth to kill more people and do more to insure his spot on the throne. She, later, has a mental breakdown and kills herself out of guilt.
